TedTalk - How and Why Russia Hacked the U.S. Election
I recently had the fortune of stumbling upon a TedTalk called "How (and Why) Russia Hacked the U.S. Election" by Laura Galante. It was surprisingly an unbiased piece about the effects of hacking in an age of information. Considering how volatile politics are lately, it's nice to see a well thought piece that isn't a partisan battlefield. I can say for certain my interest in politics have shot through the ceiling over the last two years. In those two years, I have read article after article blaming one side or the other. The hostility in politics these days make me carefully consider every word I say or write, tiptoeing through topics trying not to upset an avid supporter or defender. I discovered the hard way when I pressed a topic to my brother (who shared opposing views) and he got impatient and smacked the ever living shit out of me.
